Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, CoHS, organized carrier advising session on “Application of Genome Sequencing & Molecular Technology” On Monday, 14th March 2022, 12:00-1:00 PM at Lecture Hall 2, GMU.
The session was initiated by a welcome address by Dr. Ahmed Luay, Chairperson of Department of MLS. Talks were delivered by expert speaker from Dante lab Mr. Carlo Logli, Chief Global Affair Officer, Dante Lab Group, Italy, and Mr. Generoso Lanniciello, Sr. Director of Innovation, Dante Labs, UAE. It was a very interactive session, students and faculty were learning new information.
Mr. Carlo Logli shared information about Dante Labs, which is a global leader in genome sequencing testing, providing genomic solutions for medical professionals, researchers, and pharma. followed by detailed information highlighting the principles of molecular technology and application of genome sequencing by Mr. Generoso Lanniciello.
