GMU’s Dr. Meruna Bose Speaks at India Physiotherapy Academic and Research Conclave – Mumbai, India

Dr. Meruna Bose, Associate Professor, Department of Physiotherapy, College of Health Sciences, Gulf Medical University, UAE, was invited as a distinguished speaker at the K J Somaiya Physiotherapy Academic and Research Conclave (KJSPARC)’s 2nd International Physiotherapy Conference themed – “Innovation and Beyond” held on February 20-22, 2025, at Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai, India.

Expert Insights on Rehabilitation for Parkinson’s Disease

On February 21, 2025, Dr. Meruna delivered a keynote address on “Innovations and Latest Trends in Rehabilitating People with Parkinson’s Disease.” Her expertise in physiotherapy management of neurological disorders, incorporating cutting-edge technological advancements, was well-received and appreciated by the esteemed audience.

In addition to her keynote address, Dr. Meruna also contributed to the conference as a judge for theme-based graduate paper presentations, sharing her expertise and providing valuable feedback to the next generation of physiotherapy professionals.
