Physiotherapy students of Department of Physiotherapy, College of Health Sciences, Gulf Medical University conducted a community engagement activity on 4th May 2023 at Main Foyer, Gulf Medical University, Al-Jurf, Ajman.

Students at Gulf Medical University were screened for musculoskeletal problems and treated with musculoskeletal problems awareness education and appropriate preventive physiotherapy treatment strategies.

BPT students of different years namely Mr. Omar Ahmadi (2020PT11), Anas Mohamed (2020PT02), Anjela Davis (2020PT17) Abdulrahman Sami (2020PT15), Ammar Mohamed (2020PT18), Shahwar Ansari (2020PT19), Mohammed Fadl Rasheed (2020PT20), Rashid Muzamil Mohamed (2020PT21), Huda Mohamed Saddik (2020PT22), Muhammad Abdullah (2020PT33), Fadil Ahmed Iftikhar (2021PT50), Sara Badia Matar (2021PT28), Mariyam Haider (2020PT04) and Saheema Kiriyath (2020PT06) under the guidance of Dr. Sukumar Shanmugam, Dr. Kumaraguruparan Gopal, Dr. Ramprasad Muthukrishnan and Dr. Mamdouh conducted this activity.

The faculty, staff and students at the Gulf Medical University were satisfied with the community services provided to them and they also requested us to deliver similar awareness program regularly to the university students.
