Dr. Mostafa Abdelrahman is an Associate Professor of Medical Imaging at the College of Health Sciences at GMU. Dr. Abdelrahman was invited as a guest speaker at the Annual Radiology Meeting (ARM) in Dubai on the 25th-27th of Oct 2022, where as part of the Virtual Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound Seminar he presented a talk on “Ultrasound Elastography in the Assessment of Tendon Injury”, which was well appreciated by the organizers and international fraternity.
In his presentation, Dr Abdelrahman introduced the technology of ultrasound elastography and its types and demonstrated its role in the diagnosis of Achilles tendonopathy and rupture.
