The main services of the Center:

  1. Psychological Counseling

This is a highly professional service to help students cope with psychological issues. Regular sessions are held with each student, including psychological interventions, and liaison with the medical services such as Psychiatry …etc. Confidentiality and trust are of utmost importance.

  1. Workshops and Training

The  SWC provides a comprehensive range of activities and workshops for students and faculty:

  1. Stress/Anxiety Management: Addressing academic-related stress and anxiety through counseling services, workshops, and techniques aimed at stress reduction and promoting mental well-being.
  2. Training in mindfulness, resilience, self-regulation, emotional regulation, emotional reflection.
  3. Improving self-efficacy, self-esteem, and assertiveness.
  4. Organizational Study Skills: Enhancing students’ ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively, with workshops and personal coaching on study schedules, task prioritization, and productivity tools.
