On October 22, 2024, representatives from Gulf Medical University, including the Quality Assurance & Institutional Effectiveness Deanship, Human Resources, and Student Admissions departments, attended CHEDS workshop organized by the Ministry of Education in Abu Dhabi. The event focused on enhancing the submission process for CHEDS across UAE higher education institutions.
The workshop included three parallel sessions on Student, Employee, and Institutional Datasets, providing an opportunity for attendees to delve into best practices and updates in data reporting. With the support of these departments, GMU is committed to contributing to a culture of evidence-based decision-making in alignment with CHEDS’ goal of data-driven strategies in the higher education sector.
