Suraj Sebastian, IT Lecturer and e-Learning Manager at Gulf Medical University, recently conducted a workshop titled “Mastering Zoom: A Guide for Efficient Virtual Meetings” as part of the university’s Staff Development Program. The session took place on 5th April 2023 in Lecture Hall 18.
During the workshop, Suraj guided faculty members through advanced Zoom features designed to improve virtual communication and enhance online collaboration. He shared practical tips on hosting interactive and engaging virtual meetings, utilizing breakout rooms, managing participant interactions, and leveraging Zoom’s tools for efficient session management.
The session provided participants with valuable insights to improve their virtual teaching, meeting facilitation, and administrative coordination, enhancing the overall digital learning experience at Gulf Medical University.
