Suraj Sebastian, IT Lecturer and e-Learning Manager at Gulf Medical University, recently conducted a Staff Development Program titled “Leveraging ChatGPT for Streamlining Gulf Medical University Admissions Processes” for the university’s Admissions Team on May 28th 2024.

Suraj discussed practical strategies for utilizing ChatGPT to automate repetitive tasks such as responding to common inquiries, guiding applicants through the admission process, and generating personalized email templates for efficient follow-ups.
