Suraj Sebastian Participates as a Panelist at the International Forum for Education and Mental Health (IFEMH)

Suraj Sebastian, IT Lecturer and e-Learning Manager at Gulf Medical University, recently participated as a panelist at the International Forum for Education and Mental Health (IFEMH). The panel discussion, titled “The Future of Academic Integrity in the Age of AI: Challenges and Opportunities”, explored the intersection of AI, academic integrity, and student wellness.

During the session, Suraj shared his insights on integrating AI into learning management systems, highlighting practical approaches to harnessing AI tools to support academic integrity and improve student learning experiences. His contributions emphasized the role of data-driven strategies in promoting ethical AI use within educational frameworks.

The session, co-moderated by Dr. Zeenath Reza Khan, PhD, featured esteemed panelists including Prof. Salim Razı, Dr. Shivadas Sivasubramaniam, Dr. Mohammed Rizkallah, and Dr. Mohammed Aljanahi, PhD. Together, the panel covered critical themes such as AI policy implementation, data security in medical education, and strategies for safeguarding academic integrity.
