Dr. Rini Reba Mathew

Dr. Rini Reba Mathew is an Assistant Professor of English who holds a PhD in English from Pondicherry Central University and TESOL Canada Board Accreditation. With over nine years of experience in teaching and language training integrated with technology-driven gamification pedagogies, she focuses on communicative grammar, LSRW skills, online and in-person communication etiquette, and interview skills. After her MA in English Literature from EFL University, she attained UGC-NET with JRF and a Band 3 in the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) by Cambridge Language Assessment. Her certifications include 120-Hours TEFL/TESOL and 60-Hours Business English Training from the Asian College of Teachers, Career Essentials in Generative AI from Microsoft, and Creating and Implementing Online Courses from Arizona State University and the US Department of State. Dr. Mathew also has her corporate training practice, specializing in employee etiquette and soft skills training. She serves as a peer-reviewer for many international journals of repute. As an AI enthusiast passionate about language teaching through technology, Dr. Mathew’s current research focuses on how AI-driven language learning methodologies can personalize language learning experiences, enhance engagement, and bridge communication gaps across cultures.
