Gulf Medical University Strategic Plan 2022-2027 held on Friday 16^th December 2022. This is the second ‘Town Hall’ meeting organized to share views on the Strategic Plan 2022-2027. The first one was held in June 2022. The purpose of this meeting was to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders interacting with GMU Academic Health System and contribute significantly to the development of the new strategic plan.

The strategic planning will consider past successes and challenges, the present reality, and future goal changes and risks. All colleges and departments shared a draft of their Strategic Plan projects and as agreed will continue the process of development and implementation by January 2023.
