M.Sc Medical Statistics
Ms. Anjusha Alex is a Lecturer in Biostatistics at Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE, with expertise in medical statistics and public health data analysis. She holds an M.Sc. in Medical Statistics from JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysore, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics from Christ College, University of Mysore, India.
Her academic experience includes teaching undergraduate and postgraduate health science students, providing statistical consultation, and supporting multidisciplinary research projects. She previously worked at KS Hegde Medical Academy, NITTE (Deemed to be University) and completed a Biostatistics internship at St. John’s Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru, India.
Her research interests include child and maternal health, nutritional epidemiology, secondary data analysis, and the application of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to health datasets. She has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and regularly conducts training programs in statistical software and data analysis.
