Dr. Shazia Khan is a dedicated physician and medical educator with a strong background in clinical practice and teaching. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Gulf Medical University, UAE, in 2020. Following her graduation, she completed her medical internship at Umm Al Quwain General Hospital, where she gained hands-on experience across multiple specialties, including internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine, and pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Khan serves as a Clinical Skills Instructor at Gulf Medical University, where she plays a pivotal role in training medical students in essential clinical, procedural and surgical techniques. Her expertise extends to small-group instruction, problem-solving approaches, and hands-on training, ensuring that students develop both technical proficiency and critical thinking skills necessary for patient care.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Khan has a keen interest in medical research. She holds full registration with a license to practice from the General Medical Council (GMC), UK, further solidifying her international qualifications.

Her passion for medical education and patient care is complemented by her active involvement in community outreach programs, volunteering in health awareness campaigns, autism walks, and elderly care initiatives across the UAE.

She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Surgical Skills (BSS), and Basic Orthopedic Skills (BOS). With a dynamic career that bridges clinical practice, medical education, and research, Dr. Shazia Khan continues to contribute to the advancement of healthcare education and patient well-being.
