Dr. Tamer Abd El Bari Hamed Hassan
With over twenty-eight years of experience in higher education, Prof. Tamer has established a comprehensive academic and administrative career in dental education. He obtained his Master and Doctoral degrees in OMFS from Suez Canal University, Egypt. Moreover, he received an Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment (IQA) Certificate – (MKLC – United Kingdom).
His academic trajectory has been characterized by sustained engagement in curriculum development, institutional accreditation, student affairs and various leadership roles.
Before Joining Gulf Medical University, Prof. Hassan was appointed as Dean, College of Dentistry, University of Science and Technology of Fujairah, UAE, Dean College of Dentistry, Sphinx University, Egypt. Vice Dean for students` affairs and head of OMFS department, Suez Canal and October 6 Universities, Egypt.
The research profile of Dr. Hassan reveals 31 publications in internationally recognized journals with special focus on bone regeneration, dental implants and TMDs.
Dr. Tamer has actively participated in international conferences, workshops and professional development seminars in UAE, Egypt, Germany, and USA.
