Dr. Sherif Aly Sadek
Dr. Sherif Aly Sadek is an Associate Professor of Removable Prosthodontics and Implantology. He graduated from Cairo University in 2004 with honors. He earned his Masters degree in 2010 and Doctoral Degree in 2013 with the thesis entitled “A new technique to Enhance the Retention of the lower Complete Denture Prosthesis” and “Comparing Between Two Attachments for implant retained complete denture electromyographically” respectively from the Cairo University, Egypt. In 2020, he was awarded with the title Associate Professor.
He has been an educator in the field of dentistry for 15 years, with 11 years of experience in Cairo University, one of the well- known universities in the Middle East and as a part-time Assistant Professor of Removable Prosthodontics and Implantology at Modern University for Technology and Information (MTI) and Al Nahda University, Egypt. Furthermore, because of his dedication to his craft and career in the academe he worked in Vision Colleges for Dentistry and Nursing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with the vision of educating young minds and gaining experience as an educator internationally.
He has earned many commendations at Vision Colleges, which moved him up to the position of Head of the Prosthodontic Subdivision of the Restorative Department and Head for KPI unit and Surveys unit in the Quality and Accreditation Unit.
Dr. Sherif has several publications to his credit in the field of Removable Prosthodontic Dentistry in both nationally and internationally recognized journals. He has also participated as a speaker in many conferences and workshops in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
