On September 23, 2023, Gulf Medical University’s College of Pharmacy organized a workshop on good documentation practices in pharmacovigilance for its final-year PharmD students. This workshop was designed to prepare the final-year students to fill out pharmacovigilance forms at their practice sites.

Reporting of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) and Medication Errors (ME) using best practices were discussed followed by hands-on training for filling the forms. Students found the session enabling them in pharmacovigilance reporting. This was an area of improvement identified in the quality assurance process.
