The College of Pharmacy at Gulf Medical University conducted a Faculty Development Workshop titled “AI-Powered Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis”, facilitated by Dr. Syed Arman Rabbani, Professor and Chair of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology at RAK Medical and Health Sciences University. The session was held as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to strengthen research capacity, enhance scholarly productivity, and promote the integration of advanced technologies in academic practice.
Dr. Rabbani, an expert in evidence-based medicine and pharmacoepidemiology, delivered an engaging and comprehensive workshop focusing on the evolving role of artificial intelligence in supporting systematic reviews and meta-analytic research. The workshop was highly interactive and engaging, and faculty members expressed their appreciation for the practical insights and hands-on demonstrations provided by Dr. Rabbani. The session was widely regarded as informative, interesting, and valuable in enhancing their research competencies.
