A Staff Development Program on the theme “Communication and Teamwork in Critical Situations” was conducted on 29 November in Lecture Hall 4, located on the second floor of Thumbay Hospital. The program was organized and coordinated by the second-year students of the Master of Science in Neonatal Critical Care program, Cohort 2025 at Gulf Medical University as part of their Organizational Leadership and Management course.
The program was attended by a total of 22 participants. The session featured structured presentations and interactive discussions on key aspects of communication and teamwork during critical situations. Participants actively engaged in the discussions, contributing to a productive learning environment. Feedback was collected from all attendees at the end of the program, providing valuable insights for future improvements and program planning.

To enhance participants’ understanding of closed-loop communication, a role-play activity was conducted, allowing attendees to practice and apply the principles discussed during the session.
