The College of Nursing, Gulf Medical University, is proud to announce and celebrate the achievement of Ms. Fatema Faisal Dewji, 2021 Cohort BSN graduate of Gulf Medical University, who secured Second Place in the Champions of the Community 2025 awards under the Undergraduate – Health category. The award ceremony was organized on 2nd January 2026, by Careers Hub – Community Education, in collaboration with KSIJ Dar in Tanzania, to recognize individuals who have made meaningful contributions to community service and healthcare.
Ms. Fatema’s journey from a student nurse at the College of Nursing, Gulf Medical University, to a Registered Nurse has been shaped by rigorous academic preparation and rich clinical exposure. During her BSN program, she consistently demonstrated dedication to learning, professional responsibility, and a strong commitment to patient-centred care. Her active involvement in hands-on clinical practice and community volunteer initiatives reflects the values and competencies nurtured throughout her undergraduate education.
