Ms. Thushara Sekhar, Lecturer, College of Nursing presented at the 1st International Higher Education Conference on Health Professions Education (NU-ICHPE 2026), held from February 3–5, 2026 in Muscat, Oman.
Her oral presentation, titled “Development and Evaluation of a Designed Training Module to Enhance Nurses’ Knowledge and Engagement in Quality Improvement Projects” (Abstract ID: 3563), was delivered under the track Lifelong Learning, Professional Growth and Faculty Development.
The conference focused on Fostering Excellence in Health Professions Education (HPE) through Collaboration, Innovation, and Skill-building for Improved Healthcare Outcomes by bringing together regional and international participants.
