The College of Medicine organized an engaging and insightful session on “Mental Health and Awareness, Lets build up our well-being” delivered by Dr. Adnan Ahmadiazad. The session focused on promoting mental health literacy, addressing stress and burnout among healthcare professionals, and emphasizing the importance of early recognition and support.

Dr. Adnan delivered an excellent talk, which was highly interactive and appreciated by both students and faculty. The discussion provided valuable takeaways for fostering mental well-being within academic and clinical settings.

Special appreciation goes to Ms. Haya Mo and her peers for taking the lead in highlighting this significant topic as part of the MedAware Initiative. Their efforts in organizing and promoting awareness on mental health—a critical issue for all healthcare professionals—were commendable.
