Dr. Huda Abutayyem
Dr. Huda Abutayyem is an Assistant Professor and Consultant Orthodontist at Ajman University’s College of Dentistry. She is the program lead Master of Science in Orthodontics program. She holds a PhD from University College London (UCL – Eastman Dental Institute) and multiple professional qualifications from the Royal Colleges of Surgeons in Edinburgh, England, and Glasgow. Licensed as a Consultant Orthodontist by the UAE Ministry of Health and registered with the UK General Dental Council, Dr. Abutayyem is also the UAE International Dental Ambassador for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd). Her work combines academic leadership, clinical excellence, and research innovation in orthodontic education, digital dentistry, and biomechanics. Passionate about community service and student development, she actively organizes outreach initiatives, professional competitions, and awareness campaigns that promote oral health, empowerment, and excellence in dental education.
