Physiotherapy Students Awareness Program

Covering more than 20 employees the initiative aimed to raise awareness about workplace ergonomics and musculoskeletal well-being among office employees. Using the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) tool, the team conducted postural assessments, provided personalized feedback, and shared practical ergonomic strategies to reduce strain and prevent work-related injuries.

The results highlighted moderate risk levels for musculoskeletal strain among several participants, prompting discussions on maintaining optimal posture, taking regular microbreaks, and performing simple stretching and strengthening exercises to enhance comfort and productivity.
