Gulf Medical University (GMU), founded by visionary entrepreneur Dr. Thumbay Moideen, welcomed alumni from across continents as it hosted the much-anticipated Alumni Summit 2025 at Thumbay Medicity, Ajman, UAE on 23rd November 2025. The evening marked a powerful reunion of GMU’s global community.
A major highlight of the summit was the grand unveiling of the ‘27 GMU ICON Book,’ a special publication celebrating GMU’s 27 years of achievements, innovation, and impact on global healthcare.
The night featured a spectacular laser show, interactive games, and widespread networking opportunities, culminating in a celebratory dinner that reinforced the strong sense of belonging among GMU alumni.
The summit also honored distinguished alumni through ICON recognitions, chapter awards, and excellence awards, celebrating their leadership, service, and contributions to the healthcare sector around the world.
