Dr. Animesh Hazari, Ass. Professor, College of Health Sciences, GMU was invited as a guest speaker at the Second World Congress on Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Medicine on 13th and 14th Dec 2021 held in Dubai where he delivered a talk on “A comprehensive Screening and Management of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy and Diabetic Foot” which was well appreciated by the organizers and international fraternity.
Dr. Hazari highlighted the methods for screening of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy including vascular, neuropathy, and biomechanical components. He suggested that a comprehensive screening could help prevent the complications of diabetic foot future foot amputation.
