In observance of World Tourism Day (27 September 2025), students from the BSc. in Healthcare Management and Economics program at the Thumbay College of Management and AI in Healthcare (TCMAIH), Gulf Medical University, successfully organized an engaging community engagement and industry interaction session on Monday, 29 September 2025, at the Thumbay AI Lab, Library Building.

The session was delivered by Dr. Anil Bankar, Consultant & Strategic Planner, IP Global Consultancy, Dubai, who shared valuable industry insights and practical perspectives on emerging trends in medical tourism, wellness management, healthcare business development, and AI-driven healthcare systems. The event was highly interactive and well received by the students, providing an enriching learning experience beyond the classroom.

The session also served as an excellent platform to discuss internship and pre-placement opportunities for students across several upcoming and ongoing industry projects.

As part of the event, certificates were awarded by IP Global Consultancy to students who successfully completed professional certification programs certified by TÜV Rheinland, adding significant value to their professional profiles. The dual professional certifications included:
