Thumbay College of Management and AI in Healthcare hosted the Masters Orientation at Gulf Medical University, Ajman, for the Master in AI and Health Informatics (MAIHI) and Master in Healthcare Management and Economics (MHME) cohorts on Saturday, September 6, 2025. The sessions commenced with a welcome and academic briefing delivered by the Associate Dean.

The program featured introductions to faculty and staff along with guidance from the member of the Student Happiness Center, Mr. Bikash Shangroulla on mentorship opportunities and support available for Students of Determination.

Students were then given an overview of the Learning Management System (LMS) by Mr. Suraj Sebastian, E-Learning Manager, followed by a session on Student Affairs Services by Dr. Zeina Mazloum, Head of Student Affairs.

Program-focused sessions were conducted separately for the two cohorts: the MAIHI students attended a Program Briefing by Dr. Vinaytosh Mishra and Dr. Thompson Stephan, while the MHME students participated in a session on Teaching Methodology: Case Study Approach led by Dr. Najeb Masoud and Dr. Jagroop Singh.

The day concluded with a guided tour of the college facilities led by faculty members, providing students with a first-hand introduction to their learning environment. Appreciation was extended to all teams for ensuring a well-coordinated and successful start to the academic year.
