The College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University (GMU), is pleased to share that the research posters and clinical cases presented by the undergraduate students, dental interns, and postgraduate students at the Aesthetic Dentistry MENA Awards 2025 by CAPP, held on the 14th of November 2025 at the Madinat Jumeirah Arena and Conference Center, Dubai were well received by the scientific and professional community.
Soudjoud Boucherabine, 5th-year BDS student, presented her poster titled “Collaborative Excellence in Dental Care: Driving Quality Healthcare Through Interprofessional Student Collaboration.” Habiba Abouelenen, Dental Intern, presented her research “The Diagnostic Accuracy of Artificial Intelligence in Screening Maxillary Sinus Pathology by Computerized Tomography: A Concise Systematic Review.” In the postgraduate category, Dr. Nour Aldabsa, 2nd-year MDS Periodontics student, showcased her clinical case “Esthetic Crown Lengthening for Smile Enhancement,” which was also well received for its clinical relevance and presentation quality.
GMU’s participation highlights the university’s continued commitment to research-driven learning and high-quality dental education.
