Interprofessional Education committee of Gulf Medical University, Ajman organized a journal club on ‘Looking back to move ahead – Interprofessional Education in Dental Education’ presented by Prof. Hossam Abdelatty Eid, Professor of Periodontics, Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs & Director of MDS Periodontics Program, College of Dentistry on the 30th January 2020. The presentation was well received by the audience. It also highlighted the importance of implementing interprofessional education in the early years of different Health Professional Programs.
