The College of Dentistry (CoD), Gulf Medical University (GMU), was represented by Prof. Hesham Marei, Vice Chancellor Academics and Dean, CoD, and Prof. Walid Elsayed, Associate Dean, CoD, at Appolonia’s Second Oral Health Conference held on 12th-13th, September 2025, at the Armani Hotel, Burj Khalifa, Dubai.
The conference organized by Appolonia Dental Group, a leading pediatric dental network in the UAE, in collaboration with Dubai Health Authority (DHA), gathered leading dental experts to discuss advances in pediatric and preventive dentistry, and emerging trends in dental technologies. The sessions highlighted discussions on early detection and intervention strategies, and evidence-based preventive protocols for patients in early childhood phase, providing a strong platform for academic and clinical collaboration.
