The College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University, conducted a series of Leadership Development Sessions aimed at strengthening teamwork, decision-making, and high-performance culture among students. The sessions were delivered by Dr. Nermin Kamal, an accomplished leadership and performance coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, and Specialist Restorative Dentist and Implantologist.
The first session, titled “From Teamwork to High Performance,” was held on the 15th of January 2026, followed by the second session, “Good Decisions, Better Teams,” conducted on the 22nd of January 2026. The sessions were designed for GMU students currently holding leadership positions, as well as those aspiring to take on leadership roles, with a focus on building effective teams, enhancing decision-making skills, improving communication, and fostering accountability and collaboration.

Through interactive discussions and practical insights, the program emphasized the importance of leadership mindset, emotional intelligence, and structured decision-making in achieving individual and collective excellence. These sessions reflect the College of Dentistry’s commitment to holistic student development and nurturing future healthcare leaders equipped with strong leadership and teamwork competencies.
