Gulf Medical College hosted the U.A.E Medical Students Conference on April 24th-April 25th in Ajman Kempinski Hotel. This is the 2nd Annual Conference for medical students from across the U.A.E. Over 500 medical students from Gulf Medical College, College of Medicine, University of Sharjah, Dubai Medical College for Girls, Universal Empire Institute of Medical Sciences, Dubai, University of Seychelles Institute of Medical Sciences and RAK University Health & Medical Sciences participated in the conference. Conference on Current Issues in Respiratory Disease was held in Hotel Radisson SAS Dubai Creek on 19th April 2007. This was a joint event between HMSDC and Gulf Medical College Ajman.
Gulf Medical College, Ajman has entered into a tie-up with The Harvard Medical School Dubai Center (HMSDC) Institute for Postgraduate Education and Research under the aegis of Dubai Healthcare City, to organize GMC Harvard Medical School Dubai Centre Seminars. HMSDC was launched in 2004 through a joint effort by Harvard Medical International and Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC). HMSDC is part of the Government of Dubai’s mission to develop DHCC into a center of excellence for health care delivery, medical education, and research.
