The Conference Secretariat-GMCA has organizeda conference on Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity, on the 8th of January 2004 at Al Diar Siji Hotel in Fujairah. It was held in joint collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Fujairah District & Emirates Medical Association and in association with the Indian Social Club Fujairah. About 200 Doctors and Health care professionals from the UAE participated in the conference, wherein leading experts in the field of management and control of three major health concerns – Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity delivered state of the art lectures.
